Role Overview:A suitable candidate will be detail-oriented and analyticalDue Diligence Analyst. In this role, he/she will be responsible for conducting detailed due diligence assessments on behalf of our clients to evaluate the operational, financial, legal, and reputational standing of third-party entities. The insights will play a critical role in supporting client decision-making in areas such as onboarding, partnerships, investments, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive due diligence assignments for clients across various industries.
- Analyze operational, legal, and financial data to identify risk exposure.
- Prepare detailed, client-ready due diligence reports, clearly outlining findings and risk flags.
- Ensure all documentation and assessments are aligned with client expectations, regulatory standards, and internal quality controls.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Support the development of customized due diligence frameworks based on specific client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in due diligence, compliance, risk advisory, or a client-facing consulting role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional client reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a consulting, audit, financial advisory, or professional services firm.
- Familiarity with risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and regulatory data platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
