Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Duck Creek Billing Quality Analyst Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing systems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Billing.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing applications.
- Duck Creek Certification (Billing or Policy) is highly desirable.
- Validate data integrity and billing workflows across Duck Creek modules.
- Experience in insurance domain, especially P&C (Property & Casualty).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Validate data integrity and billing workflows across Duck Creek modules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
- Support UAT and production deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, especially Billing and Policy modules.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
