Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Duck Creek Billing Quality Analyst Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing systems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Billing.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing applications.
  • Duck Creek Certification (Billing or Policy) is highly desirable.
  • Validate data integrity and billing workflows across Duck Creek modules.
  • Experience in insurance domain, especially P&C (Property & Casualty).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Collaborate with development, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Validate data integrity and billing workflows across Duck Creek modules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Support UAT and production deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, especially Billing and Policy modules.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
