DPAO API & Integration

Role & Responsibilities:

• As DPAO Integration adoption and Platform Experience you will drive platform adoption and enhance the developer experience across all platforms and technologies.
• You will drive new integrations towards API or Event-based Integration and promote the adoption of existing platforms; Support Digital Product Managers by focusing on user needs and promoting API&I integration within the community through Business Change Management (BCM).
• You will collaborate with Architecture & New Platforms to support future adoption and facilitate activities from Integration Products, Architecture & New Platforms and DevOps teams.
• You will also lead a team focusing on creating scalable architectures, reusable components, and driving MVPs to efficiently address requirements for new platforms.
• The job also includes transitioning new products ready for adoption to move to Integration DevOps team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Platform Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of API&I platforms and technologies across the organization through Business change management and technology.
• Enhance Developer Experience: Focus on improving the developer experience through tools, documentation, training, and support.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• API&I Strategy and governance: Contribute to the overall API&I strategy, governance and roadmap.
• Business Change Management: Coordinate and support API&I related business change management activities.
• Create a fail fast setup for introducing new integration platforms/products.
• Focus on creating scalable architectures, reusable components, and MVPs to efficiently address requirements.
• Platform Transition: Facilitate the smooth transition of new products and services to the Integration DevOps team.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to the API&I platform and processes.
