Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dot Net Developer role based in Noida. The Dot Net Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications aligned with business and client requirements. Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, integrating applications with databases and APIs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and optimizing performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, QA, and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. The developer will also participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, security, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), and object-oriented programming.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in SQL Server or other relational databases, database design, and writing efficient queries and stored procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and application security best practices.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in working with RESTful APIs, integration with Microsoft technologies, and understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in using version control systems (e.g., Git), working within Agile/Scrum teams, and following SDLC and coding standards.
• Relevant skills such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with prior experience as a .NET developer, is preferred; experience with Microsoft Business Applications or ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
