We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Domestic Voice Process / Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
• Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
