Job Description :
Manage a regional service operation
Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.
Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.
Handle customer objections and complaints.
Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business.
Manage Dealer Network across North.
Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherence
Critical Competencies for the Job:
Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers.
Good Communication and stake holder management.
Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.
