Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing
- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network, and advertisement
- Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skillsets
- Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
- Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.
- Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail * Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and analytical skills
- Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media applications, with full-cycle recruitment as well as recruitment software.
- Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
- A professional, courteous demeanour on the phone and in person.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
