Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of a comprehensive LMS strategy for automobile dealer training, ensuring alignment with dealer network needs.
- Provide expert guidance on the selection and customization of LMS features to enhance sales, service, and customer satisfaction training for automobile dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define training objectives, content requirements, and delivery methods focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, service processes, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure the LMS platform incorporates industry best practices, compliance standards, and innovative training techniques, including certifications for dealership staff.
- Evaluate and integrate multimedia content, interactive modules, and assessment tools to enhance the learning experience and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop training programs tailored to different roles within the dealership, including sales personnel, service technicians, and customer service representatives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the LMS platform, recommending improvements and updates as necessary, and ensuring that training content is regularly refreshed to reflect new automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in e-learning technologies, and regulatory changes impacting dealer training, and ensure that the LMS platform adapts to these changes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to dealership staff on using the LMS effectively to maximize their learning and development.
