Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Distribution to manage distribution operations, MIS reporting, inventory analysis, and physician sample coordination. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish All India MIS reports on Sales, Returns, Outstanding, Collections, and Business Performance.
- Analyze inventory to identify near-expiry, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving stock, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Plan, allocate, dispatch, and monitor Physician Samples and Promotional Materials as per approved marketing cycles.
- Track inventory levels of samples and promotional materials to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Central Warehouse (CWH), Stores, and Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) agents for seamless distribution operations.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely product availability across distribution channels.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement ERP enhancements, automate reports, and improve business processes.
- Generate periodic dashboards and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and comply with company policies and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Distribution, MIS, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Inventory Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards); ERP experience (SAP or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
