Associate Director / Director Global Talent Acquisition

We are partnering with a fast-growing global IT services firm with a strong presence across healthcare and retail domains, seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute a future-ready hiring strategy across India, the US, LATAM, and the Philippines.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale end-to-end global hiring across multiple geographies, with India as the central hub.
- Build region-sensitive and scalable TA processes aligned to global talent needs.
- Drive hiring across cutting-edge tech domains: Digital Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation, Cloud, E-commerce, and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Champion AI- and tech-enabled recruitment to enhance precision, speed, and candidate experience.
- Partner with business and HR leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
- Spearhead leadership and niche tech hiring while building strong stakeholder trust.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing TA team, driving excellence and accountability.
- Oversee vendor management, employer branding, and TA analytics dashboards for data-led decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT services or consulting.
- Proven success in global hiring across India, the US, LATAM, and APAC.
- Expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and tech recruitment at scale.
- Strong grasp of AI tools, HRMS/ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
- Strategic, consultative leader with business acumen, global mindset, and strong executive presence.
- Experience hiring in healthcare and retail technology domains is a strong plus.
