We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our presence across international IT markets. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities via Upwork and similar platforms
• Build and maintain strong domestic and international client relationships
• Lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, including proposal creation, estimations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to create accurate and competitive proposals
• Track pipelines, conversions, and revenue metrics to ensure consistent performance
• Stay updated with latest IT technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and negotiations

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT business development or sales
• Proven experience working with Upwork and similar global platforms
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience handling international clients
• Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and technology trends
• Demonstrated success in proposal writing and project estimation
