Must-Have Skills
- Proven Technical Leadership: 10+ years leading architecture or engineering teams in high-performance environments.

- People Management Excellence: Strong mentorship, performance management, and culture-building experience.
- Performance & Scalability: Proven experience in optimizing systems, infrastructure, and processes for speed and reliability.
