Role: Director HR

Location: Delhi, India

Experience: 10-15 Years

Work Shifts: 05 days a week

Role Overview

The Director Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR function across the organization, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Compensation & Benefits , HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition within a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to build a high-performing workforce; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines.
  • HR Operations: Oversee and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong, inclusive culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Key Requirements

    • 1015 years of progressive HR experience
    • Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or product-based organizations.
    • Strong command over HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition functions.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
    • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
