- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital manufacturing IT strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals.

- Lead implementation and lifecycle management of CMMS (Maximo), MES (Rockwell PharmaSuite with Tracelink serialization), and shop floor integration systems.

- Drive real-time data flow, automation, and connectivity between manufacturing and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, QMS).

- Champion predictive maintenance, real-time equipment monitoring, and automated workflows through integrated CMMSMES solutions.

- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ISO, and other regulatory standards, including validation and audit readiness.

- Promote data integrity, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing IT systems.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT and automation team focused on innovation and accountability.

- Collaborate with leadership, clients, auditors, and technology partners to deliver impactful digital initiatives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

- 10+ years experience in manufacturing IT, ideally within the pharma or life sciences CDMO sector.

- Proven expertise in CMMS, MES (with serialization), and shop floor system integration.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and digital transformation practices.

- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

- Experience with Industry 4.0, IoT, and analytics in regulated manufacturing environments.

- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and QMS system integrations.

- Proven success driving operational excellence and efficiency through digital initiatives.
