Job Summary:
- We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Director of our DSiL Practice.
- The Senior Director will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing client engagements, and leading a team of experts in delivering innovative data and AI solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cloud Data, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and extensive experience in leading consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the Data Science and AI Consulting Practice, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the practice's capabilities, service offerings, and market presence.
Client Engagement and Delivery:
- Lead client engagements from inception to delivery, serving as a trusted advisor on data analytics, AI strategy, and implementation with a solution mindset.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Deliver our engagements in the Data and Analytics area.
- Delight the customers and ensure that the organizational profitability norms are adhered to.
Team Management:
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of data and AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and drive success.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth and revenue generation through proactive business development efforts, including client prospecting, proposal development, and partnership building.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic business decisions and initiatives.
Thought Leadership:
- Establish the practice as a thought leader in the data analytics and AI space through publications, speaking engagements, Generate White Papers, and participation in industry events.
- Stay informed about the latest developments, best practices, and innovations in data analytics and AI, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the practice.
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science and Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Cloud Data, Data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related fields, with 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics and AI projects, driving business impact and innovation.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Consulting mindset with a proven track record of working with customers on their transformational initiatives in Data and Analytics areas
