- PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Analyzing and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Documenting and standardizing process workflows and procedures
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) applications & Experience in AI integration
- Knowledge & Working on Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals
- Evaluating and implementing process automation technologies
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to ensure seamless experience for BV clients and other BV offices.
- Design and implement AI-Driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, CoPilot, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Integrate AI capabilities with O365 apps to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Python and other languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
- Build and integrate APIs, web services, and data pipelines to support O365 and AI solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
- Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft 365, AI, and programming technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Experience
- 25 years of experience working with O365 applications and Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI services and CoPilot
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language relevant to Microsoft development (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, C#)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
