Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Telephonic Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers through telephonic communication, promoting Star Health's insurance products, and closing sales to meet the assigned targets. The role also involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy features, and maintaining accurate sales records. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring adherence to company policies are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills and telephonic etiquette.
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health insurance products or prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.
