Job Description

  • Shortlist, onboard, and certify Partners and Technicians to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Ensure resource availability and manage upgrades or terminations as required.
  • Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs for technicians and partners.
  • Deliver hands-on field training through On-the-Job Trainings (OJTs).
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics of partners and technicians.
  • Take corrective actions based on performance evaluations and assessment outcomes.
  • Guide and support timely issue resolution within defined TAT to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits, perform inventory reconciliation, and inspect FTTx devices.
  • Manage walk-in customer interactions, including device repairs, swaps, CRM updates, and software upgrades.
  • Train and support extended service points for broader service reach.
  • Travel to assigned touchpoints based on operational requirements.
  • Handle complaint management, conduct out-calling, and coach Jio Associates as needed.

Education Required

  • ITI or Diploma, preferably in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Telecommunication, IT, or Computer Science (CS).

Experience Required

  • 1.5 to 4 years of relevant experience.
