Digital Marketing Specialist(Youtube & Instagram)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead YouTube channel growth: content calendar, uploads, metadata optimization, playlists, and community tab engagement.
• Optimize videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnails, and watch-time growth.
• Monitor analytics in YouTube Studio & tools like VidIQ/TubeBuddy; drive data-backed strategies.
• Run A/B testing on titles, thumbnails, and formats for performance improvement.
• Repurpose YouTube content into Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Stay updated on content trends, algorithms, and monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on YouTube channel management & growth.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, algorithms, analytics, and optimization.
• Skilled in visual storytelling, trending formats, and audience psychology.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyle is a big plus.
