Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling monthly budgets of 30 Lakhs+, driving ROI-focused campaigns, and finalizing creatives using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage a monthly budget of 30 Lakhs+ with accountability for ROI and CPL targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams, while also using AI tools for content generation and design, to finalize ad creatives and campaign material.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 34 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing large budgets (2030 Lakhs+ per month).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with AI-based content generation (text, creatives, video) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Ability to finalize campaign content with a creative eye independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the D2C or Edtech space is a plus (not mandatory).
