Role Description
We are seeking a results-drivenDigital Marketing Specialistto help our restaurants partners achieve greater online visibility and attract more customers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEO, online advertising, and digital brand management, with a strong focus on helping our restaurant partners appear at the top of search results and across relevant digital listings.
You MUST know:
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with our website developer to optimize the restaurant's website for SEO, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversions, ensuring it aligns with our brand and drives reservations.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to achieve #1 rankings on Google for relevant keywords, focusing on local SEO (e.g., restaurants near me) to increase organic search traffic.
- Google Ads Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and local ads, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Google Business Profile Optimization: Enhance and manage our Google Business Profile to improve local visibility, encourage customer reviews, and maintain accurate listings (e.g., hours, menu, location).
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to engage audiences, promote specials, and build brand loyalty.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create compelling digital content, including blog posts, videos, and visuals, to showcase our menu, ambiance, and unique offerings, optimized for SEO.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture customer relationships, promote events, and drive repeat visits.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to optimize strategies and report on KPIs, with a focus on improving Google search rankings.
- Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor to maintain a positive brand image.
- Digital Advertising: Explore additional advertising opportunities, such as social media ads or local partnerships, to increase brand awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve visibility of restaurant partners across Google Search, Maps, and local directories.
- Conduct SEO audits and keyword research to optimize websites for higher search rankings.
- Collaborate with our web development team to guide on-page SEO, site performance, and content optimization.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and local service ads.
- Set up and manageGoogle My Business (Google Business Profile)and other power listings to maximize local search presence.
- Monitor website traffic, ranking performance, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and local business promotion trends.
- Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights for continuous growth.
Requirements:
- MUST have at least 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- MUST be available to work PST daytime shift and attend interviews in PST.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge ofSEO strategies,Google Ads, andlocal SEO optimization.
- Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with developers and restaurant owners.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about helping businesses thrive online.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for top Google rankings.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies specific to restaurants, including review management platforms and local directory optimizations.
- Experience creating localized marketing campaigns for multiple restaurant locations.
