Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hourly Rooms, located in Kalyan. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic, and tracking campaign performance. Key responsibilities include enhancing brand visibility, optimizing marketing strategies, creating engaging online content, managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube Campaigns)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram — including campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization)
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, platforms, and SEO best practices
  • Ability to strategize and execute effective campaigns to enhance user engagement
  • Experience in tracking conversions, managing ad budgets, and optimizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in hospitality or travel-related industries is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
