Job Description

Experience Range: 10-15years experience
Nature of Job: 100% Remote/Full Time/Individual contributor role
Reporting to: US Director/US Head
Timings: 7.00 PM to 2:30 AM IST which corresponds to Pacific timings.

Key Responsibilities Areas-(KRA's)
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence like Website revamping, technology revamping and related components.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Handling strategic online initiatives.
Creating and maintaining client relationships
Managing processes.
Further Ensuring Footprint expansion across US Markets.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Must have experience in ecommerce/Job portal/Recruitment and customers acquisition online
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight,
Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) desired.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them.
