We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Palladium Dynamics in Pune.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and generate high-quality leads. The role involves managing social media campaigns, overseeing SEO/SEM strategies, tracking web performance analytics, and driving online engagement to promote our safety and storage solutions.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social media, search engines, and email.
• Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
• Analyze digital metrics to measure campaign success and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital content and promotional materials.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lead generation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are an added advantage.
