Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager will be:

(i)Developing Go-to-market digital strategies for start-ups in regards to their specific product/services.

(ii)End to end campaign execution, from strategy to implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis.

(iii)Identify and evaluate emerging platforms and channels to lead new tests and growth initiatives.

(iv)Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels.

(v)Work closely with management to set and manage monthly ad-revenue budget.

(vi) Digital Marketing for driving traffic and planning across digital channels, including website, email, search, webinars and mobile.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Management/Mass Media/Communication or allied fields from a recognized institution.

Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency.

Ability to mine data for opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent.

Proficient with email marketing platforms, managing media campaigns.

Salary and Terms of Engagement:

Consolidated salary offered would be between INR 45K to 60K per month depending on the experience and suitability of the candidate.

Contract Period:

The initial period of appointment will be for 1 year on contractual basis, extendable on performance review. Contract can be terminated with one-month notice from either side.
