Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators to design engaging, brand-consistent messaging.
- Oversee content for blogs, ads, and social media platforms to increase engagement.
- Design and execute innovative lead-generation strategies.
- Drive inbound and outbound marketing efforts to convert leads into actionable outcomes.
- Engage with clients on-field to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business strategies.
- Build and mentor a team of marketing professionals and freelancers.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully leading campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and travel for fieldwork as required. (DL mandatory)
- Experience in lead generation, brand strategy, and performance marketing is highly desirable.
