Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves managing digital channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising, while continuously analyzing and refining campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage PPC, paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns.
- Analyze KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage budgets and provide insights through regular reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
- Conduct A/B tests to refine creatives and ad strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of performance marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of optimizing digital ad performance.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
