Job Description

  • Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across all digital channels
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.
  • Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid social media, display advertising and lead generation campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing campaigns, including budget management.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate these insights into our strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and digital marketing agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media, and/or display advertising and lead generation campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg, DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
