Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and a passion for driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, social media, paid ads, email, content marketing).
Manage and update website content, landing pages, and product pages.
Run and monitor social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
Support the creation of digital content including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs.
Assist in executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page/off-page SEO activities.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Help maintain email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and subscriber lists.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
0–1 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong communication, content writing, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
Knowledge of performance marketing and A/B testing.
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
