Stipend / Salary: 8,000 12,000 per month
Working Mode: Full-time (On-site mandatory)
Role Overview
We are hiring an energetic Digital Marketing Intern/Associate who understands modern digital growth channels.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SXO, AIO, GEO, AEO and should be capable of executing high-quality marketing activities that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions for KwikMedi.
You will work closely with the Founders and the Growth Team to scale KwikMedi across Gurgaon and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Execution
Daily planning & execution of digital marketing activities
Creating high-performance campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
Performance tracking, analytics, and reporting
2. Social Media Management
Content creation (reels, posters, stories, carousels)
Managing official social handles of KwikMedi
Trend-based posting + viral content strategy
Influencer outreach & collaborations
3. SEO / SXO / AEO / GEO Tasks
Keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page & off-page SEO
Local SEO, map ranking, pharmacy-area-based GEO optimization
AI-assisted content optimization (AIO)
Search Experience Optimization (SXO)
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI search engines
4. Website & App Growth
User journey optimization & funnel improvement
App install campaigns, retention, and engagement
Landing page recommendations (UI/UX + SEO synergy)
5. Brand & Creative Development
Creating strong brand presence across digital channels
Working with designers & video editors to execute marketing creatives
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SMM, SEO, SXO, AEO, GEO, AIO
Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console
Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools
Strong copywriting and idea generation ability
Ability to think fast, work under deadlines, and deliver results
Eligibility
32 years experience (Freshers welcome)
Must be Gurgaon-based or willing to work on-site
Available for full-time, long-term work with KwikMedi
