Role Description :

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead digital strategy and drive lead generation initiatives. The role focuses on scaling campaigns, optimizing ROI, and aligning digital efforts with admissions and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across platforms (Google, Meta, SEO, Social Media)
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Drive lead generation, CPL reduction, and ROI improvement
• Monitor campaign performance through analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Pixel)
• Collaborate with admissions to improve lead quality and conversions
• Manage website performance, SEO, and user experience
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team
• Stay updated with industry trends and growth strategies
