About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping digital strategies for multiple brands, driving measurable results, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

Understand each brand's tone, target audience, and business objectives to create effective campaigns.

Research competitors, analyze industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ideate and execute campaigns that align with brand strategy.

2. Client Coordination

Act as a point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

Understand client briefs, translate them into actionable marketing strategies, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Present campaign reports, insights, and performance metrics in a clear, structured manner.

Build long-term client relationships through consistent performance and proactive problem-solving.

3. Campaign Execution

Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

Oversee SEO, SEM and social media.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI.

Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with design, content, and development teams to maintain brand integrity across digital channels.

Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Support new pitches and marketing initiatives by contributing strategic inputs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media strategy.

Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Experience in managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
