Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and should be able to work closely with the creative team to deliver effective marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Work closely with graphic designers to guide creative requirements for ads, social media posts, and video creatives.

Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create WhatsApp Marketing Templates for outreach and campaigns.

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Perform SEO & SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.

Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, reporting, and improvements.

Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

13 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Analytics tools.

Good understanding of social media trends and content strategies.

Creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with designers, content writers, and sales teams.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
