We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our digital footprint and support the execution of our marketing strategies.

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Uniconserve's online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on digital marketing experience.

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance to increase ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Track campaign KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow the community.
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Coordinate with designers/developers for website improvements and landing pages.

4. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and performance metrics.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to track digital performance.
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare performance dashboards for internal review.

Required Skill:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing (or relevant internship/full-time experience).

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
