Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing paid campaigns, optimising organic performance, and leveraging data and automation to scale growth. You should have a keen eye for creatives, a deep understanding of analytics, and the ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn Ads, etc
  • Manage full-funnel ad campaigns from strategy and setup to daily optimisation and reporting.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends, and continuously improve ROI and CPA.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and retention.
  • Manage SEO activities, including keyword optimisation, technical checks, and landing page performance enhancements.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (both on-page and off-page) to enhance organic visibility, improve ranking, and increase traffic.
  • Monitor and manage website analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, ad tech, and automation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailerLite, Omnisend, HubSpot) and WhatsApp automation platforms (e.g., AI sensy, Wati, Manychat, etc ).
  • Basic knowledge of website backend/CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Heat map and conversion tracking setups.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and an eye for creative performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
