Job Role & Responsibilities:
Proactive and Self-Driven:
Creative Strategy Development and Lead Generation:
a. Develop creative strategies to engage and capture the target audience, generating business leads and
conversions!
b. Create engaging content for social media channels, websites, and email marketing campaigns to
attract and retain target audiences.
Platform Management and Ad Campaign Optimization:
c. Manage business pages across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Twitter, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
d. Create and optimize ad campaigns, utilizing funnel mastery techniques to effectively target and
retarget audiences.
SEO and Website Management:
e. Implement SEO best practices and oversee website management to improve online visibility and
search engine rankings.
f. Optimize website content and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and increase
organic traffic.
Utilization of Digital Tools and Analytics:
g. Utilize advanced digital tools such as Pixel, Meta, and AI for creative development and campaign
optimization.
h. Monitor ad analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
Content Creation and Advertising Management:
i. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive quality
leads across various digital platforms.
j. Manage online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative
development, and performance tracking.
Innovation and Collaboration:
k. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking
opportunities for innovation and improvement.
l. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
across multiple channels.
Research and Competitor Analysis:
m. Utilize advanced targeting techniques, such as lookalike audiences and behavioural targeting, to
reach and engage potential customers.
n. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a
competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Alignment with Business Goals:
o. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align digital marketing initiatives with
overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelors / Master degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, ad creation, and
analytics.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, website management, and content optimization.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and
email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and
external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
