Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the backend of our website, ensuring smooth performance and updates
- Provide customer support related to website inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Handle regular website content updates and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with clients for project updates and support
- Support branding and marketing initiatives across digital platforms
- Maintain organized communication and follow-ups with internal and external teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or website management
- Working knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of branding, SEO, and marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
