Position:Digital Marketing Specialist - Google Ads
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and select high-performance keywords.
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns from start to finish, including ad copywriting, bid management, and targeting.
- Optimization & Reporting:
- Regularly optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, keywords, ad copy, and targeting settings to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- A/B test ads and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-effective use of ad spend, keeping the campaigns within the defined budget and maximizing ROI.
- Analytics & Tracking:
- Implement and maintain tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager) and conversions to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Use Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze performance and drive insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the alignment of campaign goals with ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure paid and organic efforts complement each other.
- Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads features, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proactively recommend new strategies, tools, and techniques to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) and Google Analytics.
- Ability to perform detailed keyword research, analysis, and segmentation.
- Experience with bid management and budget allocation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report and present findings to senior leadership.
- Certification in Google Ads (Google Ads Search, Display, or Shopping) is a plus.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies.
