About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and scale customer acquisition for our D2C brand. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms, with a focus on delivering strong ROI and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy & placements to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and make data-backed decisions.
- Manage daily budgets and pacing to meet CAC, ROAS, and CM2 targets.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements- 12 years of experience in media buying, preferably with a D2C or e-commerce brand.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling ad spends profitably.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4 etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable strategies.
- Creative eye for evaluating ad copy and visual assets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
