About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This

is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience to

develop hands-on expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. You will

play a vital role in planning and implementing online marketing strategies to promote our brand and

generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and regularly update website content
  • Plan, design, build, execute, and maintain all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Create engaging content marketing campaigns and promotional material to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Produce various content formats including emails, social media posts, blogs, and promotional copy, with a strong focus on SEO
  • Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Ads or similar platforms when required
  • Prepare and distribute promotional emails through various channels
  • Build and maintain targeted email distribution lists, marketing databases, and related contact lists
  • Identify and analyze marketing trends and consumer insights to refine strategy and optimize performance
  • Measure, track, and report the performance of all digital marketing activities and assess against defined goals (ROI, KPIs)
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to discover new opportunities and enhance campaign performance
  • Use data from various analytics sources (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
  • Prepare presentations to be used for marketing and sales
  • Collect and analyse information
  • Format and handle information for external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Draft mails for marketing purpose Ensure database of target audience is upto date
  • Manage follow ups, attending meetings and tracking minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate and to monitor specific projects
  • Perform duties relating to marketing and business development, as may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking with a flair for developing engaging content
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, SEM, SEO, and social media advertising
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
