Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Delhi
CTC- up to 4.2 LPA
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy, including:
- Campaign Management: Developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Digital Marketing: Managing WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and overall digital marketing initiatives.
- Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective and proactive communication.
- Business Development: Actively generating leads to support sales growth.
- Event Coordination: Researching relevant industry exhibitions and events and coordinating the company's participation.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in marketing management.
- Demonstrated success in executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Expertise in personalized marketing and customer segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., social media, content marketing, web analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Proficiency in market research.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
