Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, content coordination, social media management, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, creative, and capable of managing end-to-end digital activities that drive brand growth and conversions.
Requirements
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Work closely with agencies or internal teams for ad creatives and performance tracking.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and influencers for content creation.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tonality, skincare trends, and ongoing campaigns.
3. Influencer Marketing Coordination
- Identify and onboard influencers across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories.
- Manage influencer deliverables, postings, and campaign tracking.
- Evaluate influencer performance (reach, engagement, ROI).
4. Website, SEO & Marketplace Support
- Assist in SEO optimizationkeywords, on-page updates, and blog coordination.
- Support marketplace team (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart) with banners, listings, and brand store updates.
- Track website performance on Google Analytics/Search Console.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports across platforms.
- Analyze data to identify insights and propose improvements.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or D2C brand).
- Strong understanding of paid ads, social media strategy, and analytics.
- Knowledge of tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Canva, CRM/Email tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines effectively.
