Job Description

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist for our fashion manufacturing export business and upcoming D2C fashion brand.

Location: Gurugram

Industry: High Fashion Manufacturing / Exports / D2C Fashion

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle email marketing campaigns and buyer follow-ups

• Generate and identify potential international buyers and business leads

• Find the right target contacts and verified email databases for outreach

• Manage LinkedIn marketing, networking, and lead generation activities

• Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email marketing

• Support digital marketing activities for upcoming D2C fashion brand

• Manage Instagram and social media marketing activities

• Coordinate influencer marketing and online brand collaborations

• Maintain lead tracking, outreach reports, and campaign performance

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing and lead generation

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B marketing

• Knowledge of finding decision-makers, buyers, and target email contacts

• Understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems

• Experience with Instagram, Meta ads, and social media growth strategies

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Fashion industry or export industry experience preferred
