Digital Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution & Management

Deploy WhatsApp, IVR, and SMS campaigns as per the structured monthly plan.

Ensure campaigns are scheduled at least 10 days in advance and modified based on real-time data & calling team feedback.

Track campaign performance daily and implement optimizations based on insights.2. Data & Performance Tracking

Maintain real-time logs of campaign performance, including sent, delivered, read, clicked, and engagement rate metrics.

Track costs incurred per campaign per lender and align with the cost optimization strategy.

Work closely with the data team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.3. Content & Creative Alignment

Ensure every WhatsApp template includes engaging visuals to improve response rates.

Work with the creative team to develop high-impact content that aligns with borrower behaviour and engagement trends.4. Process Optimization & Collaboration

Work with the calling and data teams to ensure digital efforts are aligned with on-ground collections strategy.

Suggest improvements based on engagement trends and customer responses.

Conduct EOD reports & weekly performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.Key Metrics for Success:

Engagement Score: Read Rate, Click Rate, CTA Interaction, IVR Response Rates

Campaign Execution Timeliness: % of campaigns deployed as per the preset plan

Cost Efficiency: Reduction in digital campaign costs without compromising performance

Collaboration & Accountability: Seamless coordination with calling & data teamsIdeal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in campaign execution.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with real-time tracking & reporting.

Ability to suggest data-backed optimizations and improvements.

Strong collaboration skills to align with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in creating visually engaging content for digital campaigns.
