About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Health Solutions Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on digital health platforms, healthcare IT, Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), telemedicine, clinical workflows, interoperability, healthcare analytics, and AI-generated healthcare content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated digital health solutions, healthcare workflows, implementation strategies, interoperability recommendations, patient engagement platforms, and technical documentation. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for healthcare providers, hospitals, health technology companies, and digital transformation initiatives.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in digital health consulting, healthcare IT, health informatics, clinical systems implementation, healthcare operations, or healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated healthcare solution architectures, implementation plans, workflow documentation, interoperability designs, and digital transformation recommendations.
- Evaluate enterprise healthcare systems involving EHR/EMR platforms, patient portals, telehealth, clinical decision support systems, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare analytics.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations for healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, interoperability standards, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Assess AI-generated healthcare solutions for usability, scalability, compliance, security, and enterprise readiness.
- Identify workflow gaps, interoperability issues, implementation risks, compliance concerns, and patient safety considerations.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in healthcare technology, digital health consulting, and clinical workflow optimization.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related healthcare field.
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital health, healthcare IT, clinical informatics, healthcare consulting, health technology implementation, or healthcare operations.
- Implementing or supporting digital health solutions.
- Designing and optimizing healthcare workflows.
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards including HIPAA, GDPR (where applicable), CMS, Joint Commission standards, and healthcare quality frameworks.
- Excellent analytical thinking, healthcare workflow analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, and written English skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate healthcare technology solutions objectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, digital health startups, health technology vendors, consulting firms, insurance organizations, public health agencies, or healthcare providers.
- Experience implementing EHR/EMR systems, telehealth platforms, clinical decision support systems, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare analytics platforms.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated healthcare workflows, digital transformation strategies, interoperability documentation, or clinical technology recommendations.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-assisted clinical documentation, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), healthcare AI governance, or clinical decision support AI is highly desirable.
