Job Description

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies.
Understanding of SDLC
Deal with software vendors and getting system developed.
Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.
Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI/UX experience.

Qualifications And Preferences

Bachelor's degree in IT/CE/Industrial Engineering/Production or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS/Quality systems etc.).
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc.
Good at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins/RPA/AI-ML etc.).
Knowledge Of IT infrastructure and IT security.
