Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads and other digital channels.

Conceptualize and design engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousel, reels) aligned with Mulmul's visual identity and tone.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce performance-driven content for different campaign objectives.

Continuously optimize campaigns for performance

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; share insights and learnings weekly.

Ensure accurate tracking for all campaigns.

Stay updated on digital trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to improve results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.

24 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns and creative production (fashion or D2C experience preferred).

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro for ad creation.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Creative thinking and attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
