Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. IT cell Procurement
   • Procurement of software, AMCs and hardware for the IT cell
   • Attendance management of the contract labour software
   • Facial recognition software biometrics
2. Digital procurement
   • Interactions with CDIO (chief digital and information officer)
   • Whole IT team reports to CDIO (Digital Cell)
   • Any digitalization Devices in plants and mines
3. Acts as the interface between CPC and IT Cell
   • Handle Tools like Vendex, Pylog and SAP
4. Materials master data integration - Due Diligence
5. Central Point of contactfor all the Audit handling
6. MIS Consolidation for theEntire COE/E&I Function
7. Miscellaneous procurementfor safety cell and mining cell
   • Contract labour training apps procurement
   • Fuel dispensing digital tool to track fuel consumption

Functional competencies :

• Procurement coordination for IT, safety, and mining cells
• Interface role between CPC and IT Cell
• Management and cleaning of materials master data
• Tools handled: Vendex, Pylog, SAP, MDRM
• MIS consolidation for COE/E&I function
• Digital procurement for plants and mines
• Due diligence post M&A data integration
• Audit handling and response
• Vendor coordination and negotiation
• Contract labour apps and fuel tracking tool procurement

Technical knowledge:

• Strong understanding of IT/digitalization procurement

• Software, hardware, AMCs, and digital tools

• Familiarity with Vendex, Pylog, SAP, MDRM
• Awareness of contract terms, payment cycles, and audit implications
• Knowledge of digital transformation tools and applications
• Understanding of startup collaboration models
• Attendance & facial recognition software procurement
