We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Data Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
. Data Analysis and bring insights with help of ML
. Data management and analysis with help of python
. Develop dashboard as per client requirement
. Has thorough knowledge of Tableau/Power BI along with SQL querying
. Has good knowledge of various data source that can be connected with Tableau/Power BI.
. Can perform basic to intermediate formulas in excel like lookup, If, Countif, Average etc.
. Exposure to creation and editing MS Power point presentation.
. Respond effectively to customer inquiries, ad hoc requests and problem escalations
. Provide support for data collection and data quality checks.
. Understand customer requirement and deliver within timelines
. Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
. Provide excellent customer service to our customers
. Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Qualifications we seek in you!
. B.Tech degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
. Analytical thought process
. Hands on experience on ML, Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI and excel
. Prior experience in a customer service role: chat/email/voice communication
. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
. Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Strong attention to detail.
