Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and administering cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating deployment processes, maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Devops, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, test, and release processes.
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and assist in incident response and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tools.
